Herbs growing in trays inside a Northern NSW greenhouse

Sustainability

Sustainable Greenhouse Growing

Our herbs are grown in a sustainable closed loop system which minimises our water use, reuses the soil we grow in and ensures we only use environmentally friendly biological sprays to control unwanted pests in our greenhouses.

Sustainability for us means growing responsibly in a controlled greenhouse environment, using less water, reusing our growing media and protecting our crops with biological solutions rather than harsh chemicals.

Our Approach

Closed-Loop Greenhouse System

Our herbs are grown in trays inside greenhouses, not in the ground. This controlled system lets us manage water, nutrients and growing media efficiently while keeping our environmental footprint small.

Water Efficiency

By growing in a contained, recirculating system we minimise water use and ensure it goes directly to the plants that need it.

Soil Reuse

The soil and growing media we use is recovered and reused as part of our closed-loop process, reducing waste and the need for constant new inputs.

Biological Pest Control

We only use environmentally friendly biological sprays to control unwanted pests in our greenhouses, avoiding harsh chemical treatments.

Local Production

Growing and supplying produce within Australia allows us to deliver fresher products while supporting local communities, local jobs, and Australian agriculture.

Authenticity. Innovation. Reliability. Quality. Sustainability.

Together, these values guide everything we do, from seed to plate.
